I chose this hotel for attending a colloquium and it proved to be a convenient choice for both business travelers and tourists. The facilities and services provided were satisfactory and met my needs during my stay.

The only service that I missed for my work was a dedicated business center. It would have been helpful to have a designated space with necessary equipment to work efficiently.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel has a good location, close to the bus stop into San Sebastian. It is also on the outskirts of town, which provides a peaceful atmosphere. The room was small but clean, with a comfortable bed. The hotel facilities were basic but sufficient. The breakfast consisted of a pastry and a drink, and you could ask for more pastries if desired. it was a good value for money.

The shower was broken so i had to balance the shower head in order to have an adequate shower, I changed hotels because of that.

My room lost electricity and i had to live in the dark for a full day as nobody knew what the problem was

No chance to eat something for a dinner close to hotel, poor breakfast, expensive parking (9,00 €/day).

The hotel offers excellent public transport links, a computer station, and free use of a 27-inch computer. , I had the pleasure of exploring Parque Aiete and Ondarreta Beach's natural beauty. How delightful!

It's such a shame that the Wi-Fi connection was as reliable as the weather forecast. Absolutely flawless!

A great place to stay just out of the city with regular buses going into town that run like clockwork.

We stayed at Ibiltze for 4 nights while exploring San Sebastian and the surrounding area. The room was spacious with a comfortable bed and a large balcony. The hotel's location was perfect, with easy access to the highway and a short walk to the train station for a quick 15-minute ride into San Sebastian. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast selection in the lovely restaurant area was excellent. it was a great value for the price, especially if you have a car.

ibiltze was a pleasant surprise during my overnight stay in lasarte oria. the location was perfect for exploring san sebastian, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. despite being a basic room, it was clean and comfortable, and the fan kept me cool.

The location of the hotel was absolutely fantastic! It was super convenient for getting around the city and exploring the surrounding area. The easy access to public transportation, including the Alsa and Renfe stops, made it a breeze to get to the city center and other attractions. The front desk staff were incredibly helpful, especially Jaione, who went above and beyond to ensure I had a great stay and provided me with valuable tips for exploring the city. The value for money was excellent, with comfortable, basic rooms and a fan to keep cool in the absence of air conditioning. it was a great place to stay and I highly recommend it!

The location couldn't have been better, with easy access to public transportation and helpful staff.

The price was reasonable, much cheaper than the hotels in the city. Also, the hotel was located within walking distance of the train station, which made it convenient for us to travel to the city. Plus, the staff members were friendly and pleasant.

Parking was a major problem as the hotel charged extra for it and finding free parking nearby was practically impossible. Additionally, there was a surcharge for breakfast, which was frustrating.

The guestrooms at Hotel Ibiltze have a cozy and homely feel, making you instantly comfortable. The free Wi-Fi and 32-inch flat-screen TV are perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring.

Personally, I found the bathtubs a bit small, but others may still enjoy them.
